If any items you receive are damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. To apply for a refund:

3. Refund for Packages Lost in Transit
If your package is indicated as "lost in transit" on its tracking details, you can apply for a full refund.
- Submit your refund request once the tracking status confirms the loss.
- If the package eventually arrives, you can keep it at no additional cost, and there is no need to return it.
4. Refund for Late Delivery
If your package is not delivered within 60 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
